  请参赛者认真阅读本声明,您通过网络页面点击确认完成注册,即表示您同意遵守以下参赛条件,如参赛者在比赛过程中有任何违反本声明的行为,组委会有权取消其参赛资格。本声明自您注册之时起或自您使用的行为发生之时起(以时间在先者为准)生效。本声明最终解释权归大赛组委会所有。

一、大赛服务使用规范

1.1本次竞赛分为学生组和社会组两个组别,参赛者实名认证方可进行比赛:学生组参赛者须填写个人信息、学校信息、专业信息等,并上传身份证扫描件及有效的学生证扫描件进行实名认证;社会组参赛者须填写个人信息、公司信息、职位信息等,并上传身份证扫描件、加盖公司公章的参赛身份文件扫描件、公司营业执照扫描件进行实名认证。参赛者承诺实际参赛者将与报名信息保持一致,决赛将进行现场身份确认。

1.2参赛者仅可通过账户(登录名+密码)登录的方式使用大赛服务。主办方仅根据参赛者的登录账户来确认使用大赛服务的主体身份。开通大赛服务使用权限的账户仅限于参赛者自身使用。

1.3参赛者声明并保证其使用大赛服务过程中应遵守如下要求,如主办方对参赛者使用大赛的部分服务有额外要求的,参赛者应同时遵守上述要求或在达到上述要求后方可使用该等服务:

(1)不模仿、修改、翻译、改编、出借、出售、转许可、在信息网络上传播或转让大赛服务,也不得逆向工程、反汇编、反编译、分解拆卸或试图以其他方式发现大赛服务的源代码;

(2)不发送、上传和储存带有病毒的、蠕虫的、木马和其他有害内容的计算机代码、文件、脚本和程序;

(3)不利用主办方提供的大赛服务散发大量不受欢迎的或者未经请求的电子邮件、电子广告或包含反动、色情等有害信息的内容;

(4)不利用主办方提供的资源和服务上传、下载、储存、发布任何违法违规、侵权、淫秽、色情、不道德、欺诈、诽谤、非法恐吓或非法骚扰等信息或内容,不为他人发布该等信息提供任何便利(包括但不限于设置URL、BANNER链接等)。

1.4参赛者同意,主办方保留在任何时候自行决定对大赛的产品内容、数据内容、功能模块等随时进行增加、删除、修改、升级、转移、暂停、终止的权利;或因定期、不定期的维护,及/或国家法律法规、政策,大赛数据披露政策等的调整而暂缓提供的权利。主办方进一步保留在大赛开发新的服务、模块、功能或其他语种服务等的权利。上述所有变更的服务、模块、功能的提供,除非主办方另有说明,否则仍适用本声明。

二、知识产权

2.1参赛者在此承诺不会利用大赛成果从事任何商业行为或获取任何商业利益;否则,主办方保留向参赛者追索及主张相关权利的权利。

2.2参赛者同意授权主办方可以在本次竞赛期间及之后任何时间,免费使用参赛作品的项目简介在包括但不限于网站、平面杂志等媒体进行公开宣传的权利。

2.3高校参赛者同意授权主办方将参赛作品推荐给其他全国大型赛事参加二次评审的权利。

2.4参赛者在此不可撤销地同意授予主办方及其关联公司在赛后一年内、全球范围、不受限制地免费使用上述所有研究成果的权利,包括合作研究、商业用途等;因主办方及其关联公司使用上述研究成果所产生的新成果,主办方及其关联公司对此享有完整的知识产权。如主办方及其关联公司有意取得上述的参赛者的研究成果的完整知识产权的,参赛者同意主办方在同等条件下享有优先受让权,相关转让事宜由双方另行协商确定。

2.5参赛者一经提交作品即代表完全接受大赛活动所有条款。

三、保密

3.1保密信息的内容包括但不限于:

(1)主办方及其关联公司的运营数据、交易数据、参赛者信息(如参赛者ID、参赛者列表、参赛者关系)、技术资料、财务信息、经营渠道以及方案、软件、程序、手册等;

(2)主办方及其关联公司从第三方处获得但应承担保密责任的信息;

(3)任何其他机密或专有信息;

(4)主办方或第三方经当事人授权或同意或已采取合理措施,在大赛提供或披露的基础数据;

(5)其他通常不为主办方及其关联公司以外的人所知晓、未在公共领域被正式公开的信息。

参赛者同意对上述保密信息严格保密。

3.2责任免除:主办方无须因参赛者对保密信息的使用行为承担任何责任。

3.3保密信息的使用及保护:

(1)参赛者应承诺按照大赛服务项目的指定要求在指定区域、指定场景内使用保密信息,参赛者不得以不符合大赛要求的方式获取、使用保密信息;严禁参赛者利用上述内容从事任何本协议约定之外的目的。

3.4保密期限:参赛者对于保密信息的保密义务于本声明生效之日起至主办方或其关联公司或第三方公司对外公开此等保密信息为止。

四、违约责任

4.1本次参赛者的报名成员必须如实参加竞赛,不得由他人替代,如发现替代或类似行为,取消参赛和获奖资格。

4.2如果参赛者的作品获得或申请了任何专利,参赛者应在决赛现场的认证材料中提交相关文件明确告知,否则主办方有权取消其所获取的奖项。

4.3参赛者应明确告知其参赛作品是否参加过其他竞赛,以及在其他竞赛中的获奖情况,否则主办方有权取消其所获取的奖项。

4.4对于上传、开发、运行、管理、保存及维护算法、模型、数据,参赛者同意独立承担所有的风险和后果。

4.5参赛者保证其作品为其原创作品,且内容符合中华人民共和国的有关法律。该参赛作品将不会侵犯任何第三方之知识产权、所有权(包括占有权、使用权、收益权、处分权。以下同),如不享有该作品的所有权等相关权利或该作品是剽窃、抄袭他人作品而获得的,由此所引起的一切后果及法律责任由参赛者自己承担。

五、免责

5.1大赛将在现有技术的基础上尽最大努力提供相应的安全措施以保障服务安全和正常运行。但由于可能存在的计算机病毒、网络通讯故障、系统维护等方面的因素,以及参赛者操作不当、或参赛者通过非主办方授权的方式使用大赛服务,以及可能发生的不可抗力事件,主办方不对因上述任一情况而导致的任何损害赔偿承担责任。

Invitation Letter for 2022 Digital Vehicle Competition

The Digital Vehicle Competition is a college mass entrepreneurship and innovation event hosted by the National Big Data Alliance of New Energy Vehicles. The competition is guided by the Academic Department of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology and the School Planning, Construction and Development Center of the Ministry of Education. It has received strong support from theIntelligent Manufacturing Alliance of CAST Member Societies and the China SAE. The Beijing Yiwei New Energy Vehicle Big Data Application Technology Research Center and the University Maker Workshop hosted the event.


The competition has been successfully held for four times since its inception in 2018, and this year is the fifth one. Relying on the operation data of more than 9 million new energy vehicles currently accessed by the National Supervision Platform of New Energy Vehicles. By mining data value and exploring innovative applications, it tends to discover and train a group of excellent talents in this field and provides support for students with innovative and entrepreneurial ideas. 


The purpose of the competition is to find, cultivate and deliver high-end and scarce talents of big data on new energy vehicles, promote the coordinated development of industry, university in research and application, enhance the awareness and ability of college students to innovate, create and start a business, speed up the talent training in the field of national intelligent manufacturing, and serve the national "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy and the innovative development of the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities.


The 2022 Digital Vehicle Competition has officially started on April 28th and the competition problems were released on June 30. The Organizing Committee of the competition sincerely invites you and your school to organize students of relevant majors to participate in this competition, to jointly promote the development of new energy vehicle big data research. The State Council initiates "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" strategy and the Ministry of Education also released "AI Innovation Action Plan for Colleges and Universities" TJ [2018] No. 3 Document in which encourage college students to innovate and start businesses, various fields to integrate with big data and promote the development of various fields through big data technology. Thus the National Big Data Alliance for New Energy Vehicles relying on a large amount of real-time operation data of new energy vehicles. has hosted the Digital Vehicle Competition since 2018.


After more than four years of development, the Digital Vehicle Competition has promoted the training of big data talents for new energy vehicles and delivered high-end talents with big data innovation ability and practical ability to the industry. The competition has become a highly influential competition of basic disciplines and applied science and technology across the country.


The fifth competition in 2022 will be officially launched from the  issuance of this notice. The relevant matters are notified as follows:


1. Purpose of the Competition

The Digital Vehicle Competition focuses on the digital economy, industrial applications, aiming to discover and cultivate high-end but short-supply talents. The competition opens up the innovative industrial chain of schools, scientific researches, enterprises and products, promote the coordinated development of industry, university, research and application, enhance the awareness and ability of college students to innovate, create and start businesses, and serve the national "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" strategy and the innovative development of the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities.


Relying on the existing massive real-time operation data of new energy vehicles, the competition focuses on data algorithm innovation, data analysis and application, finds and trains a group of excellent talents of new energy vehicles by mining data value and exploring innovative applications. It provides support for students with innovative and entrepreneurial ideas. At the same time, with taking the vehicle industry as a pilot, we will gradually expand to machinery, agricultural machinery, textile, electronics, electrical appliances, instrumentation and other industries through the summary of the event, so as to speed up the rapid training of applied talents in the industrial field.

3. Organization mode

The competition is divided into two groups: innovation group and entrepreneurship group. Each group adopts the competition system of preliminary, semi-finals and national finals. The preliminary and semi-finals are screened online by the expert evaluation committee, and the participating teams are selected according to the quota of the organizing committee to enter the finals. The national finals of the competition will be held offline.


The registration and participate in the competition are on the official website of the competition(http://www.ncbdc.top/ ). There is no registration fee for the competition. After registration on the official website, contestants should use real name for certification, and then enter the competition after passing the examination.


4. Participants

The participants are students from ordinary colleges and universities in China and abroad (including junior college, undergraduate, graduate and above) and social enterprises that meet the entry qualifications, You can participate by teams or individuals. Please read the competition guide on the official website  in detail and sign up to form a team as required.


5. Time and Place Arrangement

The first stage: from April to August, competition registration and publicity

The competition starts online registration, announces the competition questions, and carries out work preparation and college publicity activities;


The second stage: from August to October, the preliminary and semi-finals of the competition

The competition will hold online preliminary and semi-finals;


The third stage: in early November, the off-line finals of the competition

Problem 1

Multi destination and multi vehicle type commuting vehicle path planning


Background Introduction

The commuting service team of the commuting service enterprise or large-scale enterprise provides unified pick-up and drop off services for employees. The commuting team first sets up multiple boarding points, and passengers can choose the nearest boarding and alighting station points (after selecting the station, it cannot be changed, or it can be changed uniformly on a regular basis). Each station will have passengers going to multiple destinations or factory areas. The commuting team needs to reasonably plan vehicles, models and operation routes to ensure that passengers are sent to their destinations.


Problem Description

The cost of operation service enterprises is related to the number of vehicles, vehicle types and driving routes. This problem gives the location of all stations (including the unified parking area of vehicles, destinations, boarding and alighting stations), the number of passengers at different destinations corresponding to each boarding and alighting station, and the maximum passenger carrying capacity of different types of vehicles. Contestants need to calculate the number of vehicles of different models and the running routes of different vehicles to minimize the number of vehicles The total mileageshould be as short as possible to ensure the operation work and realize the optimal operation cost (minimum total energy consumption) of the operating enterprise throughout the year (300 days of operation every year).


Problem 2
Safety risk assessment and fault early warning of new energy vehicle power battery


Background Introduction

In recent years, due to the greenhouse effect and environmental crisis, new energy vehicles, especially electric vehicles, have developed rapidly. However, in the practical application of new energy vehicles, the vehicle can not get timely prediction and early warning due to the abnormal internal conditions of the battery, which leads to the occurrence of electric vehicle accidents and poses a serious threat to the lives and property safety of drivers and passengers.



Problem Description

Based on the data of national standard GB/T+32960-2016, the power battery failure warning is carried out for online vehicles. Data preprocessing is carried out on the original data, and data modeling is carried out from the working conditions of vehicle charging, driving, standing, etc. through the analysis of the running state of the battery, a battery failure evaluation system is established, the training of early warning model is completed, the early warning of battery failure is output, the battery failure is predicted in advance, and the safety of the vehicle is improved.





Entrepreneurial Group


The questions of entrepreneurial group focus on the hot and painful issues related to electric cars. Contestants can start from the following directions, and creatively put forward corresponding solutions and technological innovation solutions around the problems existing in the industry or the possible future development direction. The purpose is to encourage the integrated development of industry, university and research and the practical application of the transformation of university achievements, so as to realize the research of universities and promote the development of enterprises, and enterprises further react on the research of university achievements.


The directions of the competition include:


1. Prediction of the development trend of new energy vehicle industry under the "double carbon" strategy

Combined with the national "double carbon" strategy, study and analyze the policy requirements, calculation methods, rationality and impact on the new energy vehicle industry of the vehicle "double points", predict the future development trend of the new energy vehicle industry, and form a research and analysis report on the new energy vehicle industry based on the "double carbon" background;


2. Design of innovative business model of power exchange heavy truck

Power exchange mode is one of the important ways of energy supply for new energy vehicles. It can effectively solve the pain points of slow charging and fast charging, effectively alleviate the impact of the power grid, and improve the safety performance of batteries. It plays a positive role in improving the convenience and safety of new energy vehicles. Heavy trucks are an important means of transportation in the field of freight and engineering. Although the market is small, the pollutant emissions of fuel heavy trucks are far higher than those of other types of vehicles. The electrification of trucks can effectively reduce environmental pollution, which is the key to the implementation of the "double carbon" goal. Compared with the high first-time purchase cost of charging heavy truck, replacing heavy truck can reduce the cost of buying cars, improve vehicle operation efficiency, and have great potential for industrial development. However, at this stage, there are still problems in the power exchange industry, such as high construction cost, low operation efficiency, low actual power exchange rate of vehicles, and high power exchange service fees. At present, the development of hydrogen energy and fuel cell vehicles is an important measure of low-carbon energy and transportation in China. As an important part of the industrial chain, hydrogen energy storage and transportation, on the premise of ensuring safety, its economy directly affects the cost of hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles, thus deeply affecting the Marketization process of fuel cell vehicles. Please choose one of the following three directions, and provide the economic calculation of the comprehensive solution for hydrogen energy storage and transportation and the economic comparison with the existing main methods, and conduct safety evaluation and analysis:
